Microsoft 365 email quarantine is a secure holding area for messages that Microsoft identifies as suspicious, unwanted or potentially harmful. Instead of being delivered directly to your inbox, these emails are isolated so you can review them safely and choose whether to release legitimate messages, report them as safe, or delete them. This helps reduce the risk of phishing, malware and spam while giving you control over emails that may have been incorrectly filtered.
