David started Consider IT in 2002 in a small office in Perth, with a simple idea: small businesses deserve the same quality of IT support that big businesses pay millions for. They just need it sized to fit, and explained in language that doesn’t make their eyes glaze over.
Twenty-four years later, the technology has changed enormously. The principles haven’t. We still believe IT should be a quiet helping hand in the background, not a constant source of frustration. We still believe small businesses deserve real people who know their name. And we still answer the phone when it rings.
Every IT decision we recommend is judged by one question: does this make your business easier to run, more secure, or both? If not, we're not interested.
We invest in actually knowing your business, your team, and how you work. Process matters, but it's no substitute for the trust that comes from being known by name.
